About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance configuration data within PLM and CAD environments, ensuring accuracy and traceability across all project phases.
- Develop and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and version control procedures to support engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, QA) to resolve data inconsistencies and implement process improvements.
- Utilize SQL and scripting tools to extract, transform, and report configuration data for decision‑making and compliance.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives) to deliver configuration data solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in configuration data management for aerospace or defense projects.
- Proficiency with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill) and CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX).
- Strong SQL skills and experience automating data workflows.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
