About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical execution of aerospace projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with system architecture and long‑term technology strategy.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams (design, manufacturing, supply chain, test) to maintain technical alignment and schedule adherence.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Chief Engineer, engineering, and management teams.
- Implement risk management processes, identify mitigation strategies, and track risk posture throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize CAD, FEA, and Python scripting to support design reviews, performance analysis, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace project engineering or systems engineering roles.
- Proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA), FEA tools, and Python for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and project scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
