About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor research projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between faculty, graduate students, industry partners, and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative progress reviews.
- Analyze project data, generate status reports, and present findings to senior leadership and funding agencies.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust project plans to accommodate changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of project coordination or management experience in a research or academic setting.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and data‑driven research workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Python, R).
