Coordinate and design AI‑enabled eLearning experiences for a global learning academy, creating courses, tutorials, user guides, and digital support materials while collaborating with simulation, professional development, and evaluation teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of eLearning courses, simulations, and AI‑enhanced learning modules for the Global Learning Academy.
- Produce user guides, documentation, and supplemental digital materials that support learner success across multiple programs.
- Collaborate with the Simulation Centre, Continuing Professional Development, and Evaluation teams to align learning solutions with clinical and educational objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality learning assets.
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and integrate content into Learning Management Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience designing digital learning experiences.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Experience creating AI‑enabled or adaptive learning content and a solid understanding of instructional design models.
- Strong project coordination skills, including timeline management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials.
