Software Engineer
Coordinate cloud and DevOps projects, acting as the bridge between clients and engineering teams. Ensure timely delivery, maintain documentation, and track progress of AWS‑based infrastructure initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, product owners, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Track project milestones, manage timelines, and update status dashboards for AWS and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and change logs.
- Coordinate release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tasks to ensure smooth deployments.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or technical program management within cloud or DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture principles, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for automation and operational reliability.
