Lead project controls for life‑science and data‑centre projects, establishing cost and schedule baselines, monitoring performance, and integrating risk and opportunity impacts using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project cost and schedule baselines for life sciences, pharma, and data‑centre projects.
- Implement and manage project controls processes, templates, and tools to track performance against baseline.
- Analyze variances, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to project teams and stakeholders.
- Integrate risk and opportunity assessments into cost and schedule models.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controls within life sciences, pharma, or data‑centre environments.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule and cost management.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and cost control techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global setting.
