About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize automated solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, identifying bottlenecks and driving root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze process data, generate performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
