Combine software development and business analysis to design, build, and implement system improvements, gathering requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives using Java, SQL, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, collect and validate functional requirements for system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and implement improvement solutions, primarily using Java and SQL.
- Perform functional testing and verify that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Monitor solution performance post‑implementation, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation such as use cases, UML diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams following Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both programming (Java, SQL) and business analysis.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, validation, and functional testing.
- Familiarity with UML, use‑case modeling, and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
