QA Engineer
Responsible for ensuring the quality of software programmes within the SUZ domain, designing automated test suites, executing functional and regression tests, and collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Execute manual and automated test cycles, log defects, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Implement and monitor continuous integration pipelines to ensure rapid feedback on code quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release readiness reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a programme or product context.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium and scripting languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
