Program Planning Analyst Scheduler

As a Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling programs, utilizing technical skills to analyze and optimize project timelines and resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools and techniques, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL. Additionally, experience with Python programming language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Analyze and optimize project timelines and resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project planning and execution.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• SQL skills a plus, Python programming language a plus.
