The Impact You Will Have

As a Program Manager for Software Delivery, you will lead complex, cross-functional software delivery programs that translateWDTech’sstrategic priorities into delivered business outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leadership, engineering, product, and design teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.

Your work will bring structure, visibility, and predictability to software delivery efforts through effective planning, governance, communication, and coordination. Success in this role will be measured not only by delivery outcomes, but also by your ability to improve delivery practices, strengthen operational clarity, and help teams execute effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and manage software delivery programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and businessobjectives.

Define program goals,successmetrics, and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technology stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities to support cohesive end-to-end delivery.

Establish andmaintaingovernance, reporting, and communication frameworks that scale across teams and audiences.

Drive collaboration and decision-making across engineering, product, design, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Identifyand mitigate risks, issues, and blockers by surfacingconcernsearly and driving resolution plans.

Ensure consistent and pragmatic use of delivery methodologies, including Agile,SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.

Facilitate executive and cross-functional decision-making through concise insights, reporting, metrics, and recommendations.

Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, operational processes, and team collaboration.

Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization activities across programs and teams.
