Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance digital experiences and knowledge base content, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across streaming and satellite platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end program lifecycle for digital experience enhancements and knowledge base projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to define scope, prioritize features, and translate user needs into actionable requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress with Jira, and remove impediments to keep teams focused and productive.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, and risk registers for executive stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics, gather user feedback, and recommend data‑driven improvements to increase engagement and reduce support tickets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or media environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products and knowledge base initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
