Lead high‑impact analytics and AI initiatives, driving end‑to‑end program execution, cross‑functional alignment, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making across global business lines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own program lifecycles from problem definition to delivery, ensuring timely, high‑quality analytics and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics roadmaps.
- Drive automation of data pipelines and reporting workflows, leveraging emerging AI technologies to scale insights.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Implement agile practices, track metrics, and continuously improve program delivery processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in analytics or data‑driven environments.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks and data pipeline automation tools.
