Key Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional agile teams in the design, development, and deployment of fraud detection and investigative analytics solutions for federal benefit programs.
Serve as the primary technical and managerial liaison with government stakeholders, translating policy requirements into actionable project plans.
Oversee program governance, including risk management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to refine detection algorithms and investigative workflows.
Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and executive briefings to senior leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of program or project management experience in a federal or regulated environment.
Proven track record managing agile teams and delivering data‑driven fraud analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of federal benefit program oversight and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
