Program Manager
Lead enterprise DevSecOps program across a hybrid Federal estate, coordinating Azure, AWS, z/OS, and on‑prem middleware, while managing CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow requests, and stakeholder engagement for the FDIC CIO organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between the client’s Oversight Manager, Technical Monitor, and Contracting Officer, ensuring alignment of program objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of DevSecOps initiatives across a complex enterprise environment, including hundreds of applications, CI/CD pipelines, and ServiceNow service requests.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement secure, automated deployment pipelines on Azure/AKS, AWS, z/OS mainframe, and on‑prem middleware.
- Develop and maintain program metrics, risk registers, and status reports to inform senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices, tooling, and governance to meet Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of program management experience in a Federal or large enterprise DevSecOps context.
- Hands‑on expertise with Azure, AWS, CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of security controls, compliance frameworks, and mainframe (z/OS) integration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
