Program Manager
Lead a 12‑month ERP implementation as Program Manager, driving cross‑functional collaboration, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a seamless transition to a new enterprise system.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end ERP implementation program, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to keep the program on track and continuously improve delivery.
- Engage stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, manage expectations, and secure buy‑in for change initiatives.
- Drive change management activities, including training, communication plans, and adoption metrics to ensure successful user adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and ERP platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
