About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale ERP implementation, defining scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and external vendors—using Agile and Scrum practices to maintain velocity and quality.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, operations, and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive change management activities, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption strategies to minimize disruption.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans and reporting status to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and program governance.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a background in business analysis or functional consulting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
