What will your typical day look like?
The Global Sustainability and Infrastructure team is part of Deloitte Global. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy, and self-motivated individual who is experienced in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs within a collaborative, global environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business priorities, capability building, and transformational learning experiences.
Executive Projects
• Design and manage global, cross-functional projects on Infrastructure workstreams, with clear outcomes and impact tracking. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans delivered across multiple member firms and geographies, industries and sectors, and offerings.
Chief of Staff Support
• Act as a thought partner to Global Sustainability and Infrastructure leadership, supporting agenda setting, operating cadence, decision tracking, and follow-through, with a particular focus on the Infrastructure market. • Orchestrate and support Infrastructure governance and operating forums for Infrastructure leadership, including agenda design, materials, synthesis, action tracking, and follow-up. • Connect Infrastructure strategy, execution, and communications to ensure leadership priorities translate into clear direction an
