Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor program initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Provide day‑to‑day systems support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver actionable insights for process improvements.
- Implement and manage project tracking tools, reporting progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
- Strong background in systems administration and IT support, with proficiency in Windows/Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
