The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integration Project Management Specialist - Mid-Level or Senior (Level 3 or 4) to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the VC-25B Chief of Staff & Program Integration Office .

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
• Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for the VC-25B Program Integration Office (PIO).
• Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the assigned team is executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
• Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
• Oversight and management of facilities, security and access administration for the VC-25B program.
• Manages Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
• 1+ year of experience in managing and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings
