About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global One ERP integration roadmap, ensuring all business units are onboarded to Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Lead cross‑functional program teams spanning Finance, IT, Operations, and Data to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Architect and optimize financial system processes, driving automation, data integrity, and reporting excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at executive level, translating business requirements into technical specifications and securing alignment.
- Implement change‑management strategies, training, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption across a multinational organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale ERP programs, preferably with Oracle EBS or similar financial suites.
- Proven program‑management expertise, including budgeting, risk mitigation, and governance.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, and system architecture.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience driving change in global, matrixed environments and delivering measurable business value.
