Lead large‑scale agentic AI programs, driving delivery, client satisfaction, and cross‑functional collaboration using Agile, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for multi‑service AI initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients, shaping program strategy, scope, and value proposition.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Application Development, Infrastructure, Business Process, Digital) using Agile practices.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of program processes, tools, and metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in complex, technology‑driven environments.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML and cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
- Certified PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
