About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio analysis to prioritize technology investments and align them with organizational strategy.
- Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, scope, and deliverables for technology projects.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within a technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
