About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for customers, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post‑deployment support.
- Develop and customize data ingestion pipelines, computer‑vision models, and GIS visualizations to process sewer inspection video and sensor data.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field expertise into feature enhancements and new AI capabilities.
- Provide hands‑on training, workshops, and documentation for client teams to ensure successful adoption and self‑service.
- Monitor deployed solutions on AWS, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize resource usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in professional services or solutions engineering, preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or construction domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with computer‑vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Hands‑on knowledge of GIS platforms and spatial data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
