Lead remote implementation of AI‑driven solutions on the NICE CXone platform, designing and integrating chatbots, voicebots, and knowledge assistants using Python, Node.js, and AWS services to deliver multimodal customer experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy AI‑powered chatbots, voicebots, and knowledge assistants on the NICE CXone platform for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Implement NLP and ML models, fine‑tune language models, and integrate them with backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker) for scalable, secure, and high‑performance deployments.
- Conduct end‑to‑end testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal user experience.
- Provide training and documentation to client teams, ensuring smooth handover and adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution delivery, preferably in contact center or customer experience domains.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
- Hands‑on experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, Hugging Face) and chatbot platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote, billable environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
