About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Service Engineer - AI Security to join our Red Teaming department in a hybrid capacity in Croatia (Split or Zagreb), reporting to the Sr Director, Engineering.

The Zscaler AI Red Team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about designing and building leading platforms for securing AI Applications. As a part of the AI Red Team, Professional Service Engineers are responsible for researching how the Zscaler AI Security platform can be integrated and deployed into customer infrastructure during pre-sales and post-sales processes.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Providing technical guidance and support to Sales Engineers via internal communication channels
• Developing and maintaining customer-facing integrations
• Managing integrations deployment lifecycles across environments
• Provisioning and deploying hybrid infrastructure for customer environments
• Technical consultations for customers on the best way to utilize and integrate the ZS AI Security platform in their existing infrastructure

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Knowledgeable in Generative AI, cybersecurity, or adjacent technical domains
• Customer facing-experience, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Strong problem-solver with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges
• Willingness to work in multiple time zones
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Python, LLMs, REST APIs, and tools like cURL and Postman
• Foundational knowledge of a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and familiarity with corresponding platforms like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD
