About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy generative AI models and recommender systems using Python and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML pipelines.
- Optimize model performance through hyper‑parameter tuning, feature engineering, and continuous monitoring.
- Implement best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on emerging AI techniques and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proven track record building and deploying generative AI and recommendation engines at scale.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
