Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of production-grade systems, driving automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable, reliable building product solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust production systems, ensuring high availability and performance across the organization.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, designing and managing CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery cycles.
- Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new services and features into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production system design and DevOps engineering.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
