Systems Engineer
Provide production support and assist in coding, testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications, ensuring system reliability while following internal development standards and Agile processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and refining code modules in accordance with internal guidelines and project specifications.
- Execute test cases and support test plan activities to validate functional requirements.
- Monitor production environments, diagnose incidents, and implement timely resolutions to maintain system uptime.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document issues, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and continuously improve development and support processes.
Requirements
- Fundamental programming experience, preferably with Java and SQL.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command‑line tools.
- Experience executing test cases and documenting results.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for production issue resolution.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work effectively in an Agile team environment.
