About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for critical Java and .NET applications, managing incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base, contributing to process improvement.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and 24/7 support cycles as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production support experience with Java and .NET environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
