Business Analyst responsible for managing production master data, designing data models, and delivering analytical solutions using SQL, SAP, Tableau, and Python in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance production master data across ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Design, develop, and optimize data models and ETL processes to support manufacturing analytics.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance standards and resolve data quality issues.
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis using SQL and Python to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in master data management, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Tableau for reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; U.S. citizenship required.
