Data Analyst
Business Analyst responsible for governing, improving and ensuring the quality of production master data in SAP and related digital platforms, driving data standards, process enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce data governance policies for production master data within SAP and associated digital systems.
- Monitor data quality metrics, identify gaps, and lead remediation initiatives to maintain high‑integrity master data.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to streamline data flows and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures for master data management.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support system enhancements.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate data health and compliance status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP master data modules (e.g., MM, PP) and data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and validation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data quality initiatives and drive process improvements across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
