As a Senior Production Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers utilizing an Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mentality to craft, build, and maintain complex systems at scale. You will be an essential part of taking our platform to the next level both in scale and functionality. Our production infrastructure is a hybrid environment utilizing virtual machines, containerization, and serverless technologies that hosts hundreds of thousands of customer websites, reaching a significant portion of the world's population. The Day to Day

Production Leadership: Curate an engineering culture that is biased toward shipping while maintaining very high standards of stability, performance, security, and scalability.

Infrastructure Management: Monitor, alert, investigate, and resolve production infrastructure challenges across public cloud environments (including GCP and AWS).

Automation & Optimization: Actively identify opportunities and implement automated, scalable solutions to optimize code and operational tasks, reducing toil across the platform.

Incident & Problem Management: Serve as a technical point of contact during critical issues, facilitate cross-functional communication, track alert trends, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to drive structural improvements.

Change Execution: Execute production change and security requests, safely managing code deployments and patching pipelines.
