About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, throughput, and safety.
- Design, implement, and maintain PLC logic and control systems for critical production equipment.
- Analyze production data, generate KPI reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
