Lead product test engineering to drive yield stability, quality, and reliability for high‑volume backend products, managing test programs, change initiatives, and production ramp activities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test programs to ensure product quality and reliability, meeting IFX standards such as SBA and LOH assessment.
- Lead yield improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate change management projects, including new product releases, test ratio projects, and production ramp activities.
- Collaborate with business divisions, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams across multiple locations to align testing strategies.
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight to achieve organizational goals in cost, quality, speed, and innovation.
Requirements
- Strong background in quality assurance and reliability engineering within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing test programs, yield analysis, and change management projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
