About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Transmission Management Systems (TMS).
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities in transmission operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UI/UX teams to translate requirements into software features and releases.
- Prioritize feature backlog, balance technical feasibility with business value, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Engage with transmission operators, utilities, and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, validate concepts, and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in power systems, transmission operations, or Energy Management System development.
- Proven product management track record, including roadmap creation and successful delivery of complex software products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data, technical constraints, and customer insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
