About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for customer contact data management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Translate complex data challenges into actionable product features, prioritizing enhancements that improve data accuracy, accessibility, and usability.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product design.
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze usage data, and report insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or related experience in data or CRM domains.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and customer data platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with agile development practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
