About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce security standards for product development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for crypto and web3 services.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement remediation plans.
- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product security or information security within fintech or crypto environments.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, smart contract security, and blockchain protocols.
- Proficiency in security architecture, risk management frameworks, and incident response.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical risks into business decisions.
- Experience with security tooling (e.g., SAST, DAST, static analysis) and secure coding practices.
