Product Quality Engineering - Advanced Casting Foundry Onsite

We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our team at our Advanced Casting Foundry in Asheville, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products through data-driven insights and process improvements. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and implement quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.

• Develop and maintain statistical process control procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python programming language and AWS cloud platform.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis techniques.
