About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans for cloud‑based hardware products, covering design, production, and field performance.
- Conduct reliability testing, failure analysis, and root‑cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define specifications, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing and test teams, ensuring consistent product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
- Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, reliability, or product engineering for cloud or electronic hardware systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive data‑based improvements.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
