The Product Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery and launch of new products and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Banking portfolio in Riyadh, KSA. The Product Launch Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery and launch of new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Banking portfolio. The role ensures seamless coordination across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners to successfully bring products to market on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, and milestone trackers.
Coordinate launch activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
Drive project execution to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and business objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate all launch readiness activities, ensuring products are operationally, commercially, and technically prepared for market launch.
Support the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals for new products and initiatives.
Coordinate approvals across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
Monitor project progress, launch readiness status, and key delivery milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10 -15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Launch, Program Management, Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of cards, payments, retail banking products, and customer journeys.
Knowledge of product development, launch management, and go-to-market processes.
Familiarity with card issuance platforms, digital banking ecosystems, and operational workflows.
Experience in business case development, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
End-to-end product launch and project management expertise.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tool proficiency.
