Product Manager
Lead the Wellfit Connect platform as Product Owner, driving internal onboarding and configuration solutions for healthcare financing. Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant fintech capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Wellfit Connect onboarding and configuration platform.
- Prioritize features and user stories based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business owners.
- Monitor product performance, gather metrics, and iterate on functionality to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven ability to manage complex backlogs.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and data flows between internal systems and external partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with healthcare financing, patient payment models, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).
