About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for web experiences, aligning with organizational goals and member needs.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features through Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and data analysts to translate requirements into intuitive, high‑performing web solutions.
- Leverage web analytics and user feedback to measure impact, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate on the product.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, gathering input from internal teams and external members to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web‑focused, Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, web technologies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Proven ability to write clear user stories, manage backlogs, and drive cross‑functional teams to delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Scrum certification is a plus.
