Product Manager
Product Owner responsible for owning and prioritising backlogs across multiple squads, translating strategy into actionable outcomes, and driving delivery through Agile and Scrum practices while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring product success.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously prioritise the product backlog for several delivery squads, aligning items with strategic objectives and dependencies.
- Translate high‑level product strategy and goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers, designers, and data analysts—to ensure timely delivery of features that meet quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product progress and roadmap updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment, preferably within telecommunications or technology services.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira), and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritisation and measure product outcomes.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent are a plus.
