Product Manager
Lead the vision and execution of custom software products, bridging business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high‑value features for web and mobile platforms using Agile Scrum practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features for the USEF website, mobile apps, and AHSD system.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and developers to ensure new requests align with product strategy and technical architecture.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, communicating progress and managing expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development processes is a plus.
