About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the supply‑chain collaboration platform.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
- Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Track product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate to continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
