Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of marketing technology initiatives, driving product vision, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven decision making across the MarTech stack.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for MarTech solutions, prioritizing features that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, IT, analytics) to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new MarTech tools to keep the technology stack current and competitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in a marketing technology environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM, CMS, and data analytics platforms, with proficiency in SQL.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven product enhancements that impact key marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
