Product Manager
Lead the development of a loyalty program, owning the product vision, backlog, and stakeholder communication while applying Agile and Scrum practices to deliver high‑value features on time.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to translate user stories into actionable tasks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain a clear product roadmap.
- Gather and analyze data to inform decisions, track key metrics, and iterate on product features.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and communicating progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.
- Experience in loyalty or rewards program development is a plus.
