About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the banking platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews) and prioritize features based on value, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Engage with banking partners, credit unions, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product ownership or management experience in fintech or banking environments.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital banking solutions.
- Proven track record delivering complex products using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with data‑driven decision making and product analytics tools.
