Product Manager
Lead the development and delivery of IT financial solutions, driving product vision, backlog prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration using Agile and Scrum practices while ensuring data integrity and system integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for financial systems, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and act as the Scrum Product Owner.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and integration points, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis for financial or ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling for financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
